UTV RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

All our machines are BRAND NEW Polaris units this year. The machines all have a roof and windshield.  We are street legal and have trail permits. All drivers must be at least 18 years old (25 years old and parent/legal guardian if the passenger is under 18) and must have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp handholds and firmly plant their feet on the footrests with their back fully against the backrest (recommended 8 years old and minimum requirement of 48 inches tall) 

Drivers and passengers are required to wear safety gear when riding or operating the vehicle. Safety gear includes a helmet (provided by us) seatbelt, and appropriate clothing. 

Pets are not permitted in our units. 

Our UTV's & slingshots MUST NOT be trailered by guests during the rental period. 

A premium damage waiver is included at no cost for all rentals. This limits the max out of pocket expense to $1500.00 per machine. If damage occurs off trail, premium damage waiver is null and void, and customer is responsible for 100% of damage and labor costs
